Make a consumer complaint
If you have concerns with health products or deceptive advertising related to health products under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration, including FDA services, please file your complaint to 1556@fda.moph.go.th or contact Complaint and Enforcement Management Center Floor 1 Building 5, Thai Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Public Health.
Consumer complaint |
- Found product defects such as product expire before the expiration date, no label in Thai language, or incomplete labeling, etc. |
- Found the manufacturing, import or sale of drugs and narcotics without permission. |
- Found the manufacturing, import or sale of counterfeit health products. |
- Found the manufacturing or sale of prohibited products or contain prohibited substances. |
- Harmed from consumption or use health products even after following the instructions, or precautions indicated on the label. |
