Venison Sausage with Chicken and Pork (Phu Phan) is a product developed by the Phu Phan Royal Development Study Center (under the Royal Initiative), Sakon Nakhon Province. It originated from the breeding and raising of Sambar and Rusa deer. When the deer reached retirement age, their meat was processed and blended with chicken and pork fat. After numerous trials to achieve the perfect flavor, the formula was finalized and developed into a product that helps generate income for local farmers, becoming the first venison sausage ever produced in Thailand.
