Food and Drug Administration increased the service channel of applications for health products importation via E-Submission system, to reduce the process of operation and to facilitate entrepreneurs. The application can be approved in 1 workday on condition that all documents are correct and complete.

Dr. Withid Sariddeechaikool, Deputy Secretary-General of Thai FDA revealed that Regulation and Inspection of health products importation is the important missions under the 5S policy of Thai FDA, which aim to protect consumers, support business operations, and drive Thai economy by speeding up and increasing efficiency for approval process by adopting digital technology. Decreasing steps in the process to facilitate entrepreneurs and no need to go to Thai FDA according to SMART DAAN result in better trade flow of health products. Furthermore, Payment channel that is available for the fee is as follows;

- Bank counter

- ATMs
