Tom Klong seasoning powder was developed from the local dish 'Tom Klong Pla Yang' of Suphan Buri, a renowned traditional menu selected as one of the province's signature foods. Due to its short shelf life in the original form, the recipe was transformed using modern processing techniques to extend preservation. Grilled fish and local herbs are blended and dehydrated into a convenient ready to use seasoning powder. The product comes in sachets, easy to cook with in various dishes, and is paired with improved packaging that enhances usability while reflecting its local identity.
