Mae Nittaya Crispy Gourami originated from ready to eat whole fried gourami, later improved into a deboned 'butterfly' style for easier consumption. The product was further refined using an oil reduction baking process to extend shelf life and preserve quality. Only pure fish meat, free of bones, fins, and tail, is used. Every step, from selecting raw fish, marinating, frying, deboning, to baking, is carefully handled by family members and the local community. The result is a convenient, ready to eat crispy gourami suitable for any occasion.
