Concentrated Pineapple Juice was developed by the Ban Non Sa Nga Pineapple Product Processing Community Enterprise as a way to add value to the area's abundant pineapple harvest. The group transformed fresh pineapples into concentrated pineapple juice, improving both the production process and packaging including the use of pasteurization and redesigned labeling. With technical support from faculty members at Mahasarakham Rajabhat University, the product was enhanced for longer shelf life and later received a provincial level award.
