Three-Variety Mushroom Powder Beverage was developed from the idea of reducing waste in mushroom based food production. The concentrated mushroom liquid, or "nua," which is normally discarded, was transformed into a powdered beverage to add value and maximize resource use. This approach aligns with the Bio Circular Green (BCG) economic model and meets current consumer demand for health focused food and beverage products.
