Bangwanpattana Agricultural Woman Community Enterprise
The Bangwanpattana Agricultural Woman Community Enterprise collaborated with the Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Phuket Rajabhat University to undertake the development of this product. The process involved comprehensive analysis of quality, nutritional value, and antioxidants, alongside the development of recipes and production processes, and extensive taste testing.
The aim was to create a healthy beverage product and establish standardized production processes. The community actively participated in the recipe formulation, with the faculty providing continuous monitoring and evaluation. Through this collaboration, participants in the training program (villagers) gained in-depth knowledge of production steps, hygiene practices, and appropriate packaging techniques. The ultimate goal is to develop herbal beverages from Garcinia cowa, thereby creating added value for agricultural products within the Bangwanpattana community.
