Original Crispy Fish Sheet was developed from local fish caught within the community. It originated from traditional dried fish and was improved with academic guidance into a crispy fish sheet. The product is seasoned with the classic Thai herbal trio known as "Sam Kler" (garlic, pepper, and coriander root), sun dried in a solar powered drying dome, then baked until crispy before packaging. This ensures cleanliness, safety, longer shelf life, and convenient consumption.
