Riche'Farm Community Enterprise originally cultivated a variety of organic vegetables, with a particular focus on kale, known for its extensive health benefits and widespread popularity. To extend its shelf life and add value to the community's produce, they began processing kale.

The production of these crackers utilizes raw materials sourced directly from within the community enterprise, with active community participation. Local labor from Manohrom District, Chainat Province, is employed to create this new product prototype, leveraging local resources.
