The Savory Crab Pastry is developed from the local culinary identity of Chae Hom District in Lampang Province, known for its long-standing tradition of making fermented field crab paste (Nam Poo). Created in collaboration with the “Mae Ning Phu Doi” brand and the Puna Phaphoen Community Enterprise, the product transforms this local specialty into a unique pastry filling. It has been certified by the Thai FDA to ensure safety and quality, and has been recognized as the Signature Menu of Chae Hom. The pastry represents local heritage and supports the community economy as a meaningful regional specialty.
