Ms. Supattra Boonserm, Secretary-General of the FDA, stated that as the Ministry launched the policy “Doctors Unburdened, People Without Waiting: Connecting All Services Through Technology.”, it aimed to enhance Thailand’s health service system through digital innovation. This includes the development of “Mor Prom+”, a health super application that integrates nationwide health data, allowing people to conveniently access comprehensive health services while supporting healthcare professionals through AI Chatbot, the Internet of Things (IoT), and the development of a Data Center for effective data managemnet and  real-time reporting.

In line with this policy, the Thai FDA is developing the e-Certificate System for health productscovering over 500,000 certificates annually. The system streamlines the entire process, from application submission, document verification, progress tracking to license issuance, reducing processing time, improving transparency, and easing staff workload.

The system also incorporates electronic signatures (e-Signature) for secure documentation and prepares for Government-to-Government (G2G) data exchange to strengthen Thai entrepreneurs’ competitiveness in global markets.

Ms. Supatra concluded that the e-Certificate development reflects the Ministry’s Digital Health Policy, which aims to enhance people’s quality of life, improve health service efficiency, and drive national economic growth through technology and innovation.
