One Stop Service Center
Services of the Division of Innovative Health Products and Services, the 4th and 5th Floors
The Division of Innovative Health Products and Services is an integral part of the Thai Food and Drug Administration (Thai FDA). Within this division, the One Stop Service Center (OSSC) has been established and it operates within the comprehensive health products service center. The OSSC offers a diverse range of services concerning health products such as medicines, food, medical devices, herbal products, cosmetics, hazardous substances, etc.
What services are provided on the 4th floor?
1. Information Service:
- This service facilitates the submission of requests, receipt of crucial documents, and processing of payments.
- Patrons may obtain queue cards to avail themselves of the required types of consultation services.
2. Consultation Service:
The facility provides preliminary consultations for various health products such as medicines, food, medical devices, herbal products, cosmetics, hazardous substances, etc.
Note: The products under the Division of Import and Export Inspection are also encompassed within the consultation service.
3. Smart Counter Service:
This service streamlines product application submissions, receipt of licenses or important documents, and handling of payment orders.
The Smart Counter Service offers dedicated counters for specific application types as follows:
- Counter for medical application submissions
- Counter for herbal products application submissions
- Counter for food application submissions
- Counter for applications under the Division of Innovative Health Products and Services
- Counter for tracking applications and receiving important documents related to medicines, food, medical devices, herbal products, etc.
4. Payment Services:
The facility accepts multiple payment methods including cash, credit cards, and mobile banking applications.

- Medical Devices Consultation Service
- Herbal Products Consultation Service
- Product Classification Consultation Service
- Import and Export Inspection Consultation Service

Facilities on Floor 5 include a comfortable waiting area, document preparation area, computers with internet services and more.

Ext. 1: Service for health product information and other pertinent topics such as:
- Procedures for importing cosmetic products in Thailand.
- Thai FDA regulations concerning face masks.
- Preliminary health products information.
Ext. 3: Service for cannabis and hemp Information.
