Division of Innovative Health Products and Services houses the Thai FDA’s One Stop Service Center (OSSC) within the comprehensive health products service center. OSSC services include providing preliminary consultations, processing product application submissions, and handling payment services for various health products including drugs, food, medical devices, herbal products, cosmetics, hazardous substances, etc.


What services are provided on Floor 4?

1. Consultation service:

Preliminary consultations for various health products including drugs, food, medical devices, herbal products, cosmetics, hazardous substances, etc.


2. Smart Counter for processing product application submissions, and handling payment services:

Counter for drug application submissions 

Counter for food application submissions 

Counter for tracking applications


What services are provided on Floor 5?

1. Smart Counter:

  1. Medical device consultation service
  2. Consultation e-Service
  3. Counter for medical device application submission
  4. Counter for hazardous substance application submission
  5. Counter for cosmetic application submission
  6. Counter for food application submission (esp. Sor Bor.6)


2. Facilities: 

  1. Document preparation table and computer equipped with internet 
  2. Electronic typewriter and internet area 


3. Call Center service, FDA Hotline: 1556 ext. 1

Provide general information regarding health product application and other hot issues such as:

  1. How to import the cosmetics in Thailand?
  2. How does Thai FDA regulate face masks?
  3. Information related to health products, etc.
